Fees for our Services are clearly outlined in your Merchant Agreement or Dashboard. We reserve the right to revise fees with prior notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for remitting taxes to the relevant authorities. You will be liable for chargebacks initiated by customers, and refund processing will follow our internal timelines and policies.
We reserve the right to update or amend our fees at any time. Such changes will be communicated through email or your dashboard.
You are strictly prohibited from using our Services for any transactions that involve illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity. This includes but is not limited to the sale or distribution of narcotics, adult content, gambling services, counterfeit items, firearms, or any products or services that are prohibited by applicable law. You must not manipulate the platform in any manner, bypass security measures, or exploit vulnerabilities. Any breach of this provision will result in immediate account suspension, withholding of funds, and may lead to legal prosecution under applicable laws.
We utilize real-time transaction monitoring systems, AI-driven fraud detection tools, and automated risk scoring algorithms to protect both merchants and end users. If any transaction is flagged as potentially suspicious, it may be delayed, held for review, or reversed. In cases of confirmed fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to freeze or terminate your account, with or without prior notice. You agree to assume responsibility for chargebacks, financial losses, or regulatory penalties resulting from illegal or high-risk operations conducted through your account.
